Cooking is an art, but it’s also a remembering. I teach others how to step away from strict recipes and reconnect with instinct, taste, and trust. Through hands-on workshops, seasonal skill shares, and personalized sessions, I help people develop confidence in the kitchen by learning how to listen—both to their ingredients and to their inner knowing. The result is food that’s not just delicious, but alive with intention.
