wild, rooted, and free

It all started when…

It all started when I realized that the way I lived, created, and connected needed to feel as nourishing as the food I was serving.

Before Rustic Earth, there was The Prancing Chef—a name born from fire and flair, from dancing around kitchens and bringing joy to the plate. That chapter was full of bold flavors, laughter-filled dining rooms, and the kind of creative chaos that lights a soul on fire. But over time, I started craving more than just beautifully plated dishes. I wanted depth. Stillness. Meaning. I wanted to feel rooted in the land I called home.

And that land is here, in the rolling hills and coastal edges of San Luis Obispo County, California—where ocean air kisses wild oak, and every season hums with abundance. It’s a place that invited me to slow down, listen closely, and return to the source. To let go of performance and embrace presence.

Rustic Earth grew from that soil. It’s where the chef and the soul guide meet. A space where meals are sacred, stories are medicine, and every gathering is a ritual. Here, I blend old ways with new tools—Druidic traditions, elemental practices, regenerative foodways, and digital creativity—offering others a way to reconnect with what’s wild, rooted, and free within themselves.

This began with a single question whispered in the wind off the Pacific: What would it look like to live fully in tune? Rustic Earth is my answer. And maybe—just maybe—it’s part of yours too.
